Signing of a new teleworking agreement

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, our group wanted to continue with teleworking to promote the work-life balance of its employees in France. A new teleworking agreement entered into force on 1 July 2021. Employees have different options; between one and two days for non-support functions and up to three days per week for support functions on a regular or flexible basis.

To date, more than 75% of employees have chosen this mode of operation!
